Open your browser’s site settings for rabbitgirl.chat, usually through the lock icon next to the address bar, and set camera and microphone to allow. Reload the page and press start again.
Why can she not hear me during a call?
Check that your mic is not muted on the call screen, that the browser has microphone permission, and that another app such as a meeting tool is not already using the mic.
How do I switch between front and back camera?
On a phone, use the camera switch control on the call screen. On a computer with more than one camera, pick the one you want in your browser’s camera settings.
What can I do if the video keeps freezing?
Move closer to your Wi-Fi router or switch to a stronger mobile signal, close other tabs that stream video, and pause large downloads. If one call is poor but others are fine, the problem is probably on her side, so try the next match.
Does RabbitGirlChat use a lot of mobile data?
Video calls use more data than text, as with any video service. If you are on a limited plan, connect to Wi-Fi for longer sessions.
What happens to coins I do not use?
Coins stay in your wallet on your account, so you can use them on a later call or gift. Signing in with the same account on another device shows the same balance.
Will I be charged without seeing a price?
No. Coins are never taken without the cost appearing on screen first, and every match opens free. Tapping next is always an option.
How do I follow a girl I liked?
Use the follow option on her profile or during the call. She then appears in your follow list, where you can message or call her later.
Can I message a girl after our call ends?
Yes. Private text messages work between calls. Open her profile from your follow list or call history and send a message.
Can I video call a girl again from my call history?
Find her in your follow list or call history and call her on video or voice when she is online.
How do I report someone?
Every profile has a report option. Open the profile of the person who broke the rules and use it. You can also simply press next to end the call first.
Who can see my call history?
Your call history sits inside your own account. Signing out on shared devices keeps other people who use that phone or computer from seeing it.
How do I delete my RabbitGirlChat account?

How do I add RabbitGirlChat to my home screen?
