Fixes for common RabbitGirlChat problems: allowing camera and mic on iPhone, Android and desktop, next match, coins, deleting your account.
Getting started
Open rabbitgirl.chat in your phone or computer browser and tap the start button. A guest session is set up behind the scenes, your browser asks for camera and microphone access, and once you allow it you are placed in a private 1v1 video call with a girl who is online. The first matches are free. If you want a clearer picture before your first call, how RabbitGirlChat works covers each screen.
To keep your coins and follows on another device, sign in to an account from the menu. You can also add the site to your home screen from the browser’s share or menu button so it opens like an app.
Camera and mic on iPhone (Safari)
When Safari asks whether rabbitgirl.chat may use your camera and microphone, tap Allow. If you tapped Don’t Allow by mistake, tap the “aA” icon in the address bar, open Website Settings and set Camera and Microphone to Allow, then reload. If the prompt never appears, check Settings, then Safari, then Camera and Microphone, and make sure they are not set to Deny.
Camera and mic on Android (Chrome)
Tap Allow on both prompts when Chrome asks. If you blocked them, tap the icon to the left of the address, open Permissions and switch Camera and Microphone on. Also check that Chrome itself has permission in your phone’s Settings, under Apps, Chrome, Permissions. Close other apps that might be holding the camera, such as a video call app running in the background.
Camera and mic on desktop
In Chrome, Edge or Safari on a computer, click the camera icon or the lock icon in the address bar and set both devices to Allow for rabbitgirl.chat. On a Mac, also open System Settings, then Privacy and Security, and make sure your browser is ticked under Camera and Microphone. If you have more than one webcam or headset, pick the right one from the browser’s site settings.
Skipping to someone new
Not clicking with someone is normal. Tap next, or find another, and RabbitGirlChat ends the current call and starts looking for a new girl who is online. There is no penalty for moving on. If a match makes you uncomfortable, report the profile before you leave so the report is tied to the right person.
Coins and purchases
Coins let you continue a session after the free stretch and send gifts during a call. Open the wallet to see your balance and the available packages; the cost is shown before you confirm anything. Payments are handled by a payment processor, and the coins normally appear within moments. If they do not, or you were charged twice, email support with the transaction reference from your receipt. There is more on how coins fit in on the FAQ page.
Account and deletion
To delete your account and the data tied to it, email [email protected] from the address linked to the account and say you want it deleted. If you only used a guest session, include the user ID shown on your profile screen. Coins are tied to your account, so use or keep any coins you still want before asking us to delete it. The privacy policy explains what may be kept afterward and why.
Black screen or no audio
A black video window usually means another app or browser tab has the camera, or permission was blocked. Close other tabs that use the camera, check the permission steps above and reload. If you see yourself but not your match, the connection may be weak; switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi or the other way round and try the next match.
If nobody can hear you, make sure the mute button in the call is off and the right microphone is selected. If you cannot hear her, check your phone is not on silent, raise the volume during the call and unplug Bluetooth headphones that may have taken the sound. Updating the browser to its latest version fixes a surprising number of these problems.
