Who this page covers

This page explains how RabbitGirlChat, the random 1v1 video chat service at rabbitgirl.chat, handles information about the people who use it. It applies to the website, the home-screen version you can pin from your browser, and every screen inside them: matching, calls, messages, profiles and the wallet.

RabbitGirlChat is only for people who are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect anything from younger users, and if we learn that an account belongs to a minor we close it and remove what we hold about it.

Information that exists because you use the service

The moment you open rabbitgirl.chat, a guest session is created so the matching screen can work. That session carries a guest identifier. If you later sign in or create an account, we also keep an account identifier and the login details you chose, so your coins and settings follow you to another phone or laptop.

Your browser tells us a few technical things on its own: device type, browser name and version, operating system, screen size and language. From your IP address we work out the country you are connecting from; we use that for rough regional settings and abuse checks, not to pinpoint where you live.

Calls, messages and profile content

For every 1v1 video or voice call we log metadata such as when it started, how long it lasted, which two accounts took part and whether it ended normally. We do not sit in on calls, and nothing on this page should be read as a promise that the other person cannot capture their own screen, which is why our community rules forbid recording without consent.

Private messages, follows, call history, and the photos or short videos girls post on their profiles are stored so the features keep working when you come back. Reports you file, and reports filed about you, are kept together with the content they point to so the case can be reviewed.

Coins and payments

Coins are bought through third-party payment processors. The processor handles your card or wallet details directly; RabbitGirlChat never stores full card numbers. What we receive is a record that a purchase happened: the amount, the coin package, a transaction reference and whether it succeeded or was refunded. Your coin balance and the gifts you send during calls are kept in your wallet history.

Cookies, local storage and analytics

We use cookies and browser local storage to keep your session alive, remember preferences such as camera choice or muted state, and stop the site from asking the same question twice. Why we use this information

Everything above serves a short list of purposes: connecting you with a match, running calls and messages, keeping your wallet accurate, preventing fraud and repeat abuse, answering support requests and understanding which parts of the site need fixing.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help run RabbitGirlChat, such as hosting, payment processing and analytics, and when the law requires us to hand it over.

How long information stays on file

Account data stays while your account is active. Call metadata, reports and payment records may be kept for a period after that where we need them to resolve disputes, stop banned users from returning or meet accounting duties. Guest sessions that are never turned into an account expire on their own after a period of inactivity.

Your choices and deletion

You can switch your camera off, mute your microphone, stop following anyone and leave any call at any time. To see a copy of your data, correct it or have your account deleted, write to [email protected] from the email tied to the account, or include your user ID if you only ever used a guest session. Changes to this policy
