The one address to use
Every question about RabbitGirlChat goes to [email protected]. Account problems, missing coins, call trouble, privacy requests, reports about another user, press or partnership notes: the same inbox handles all of them, and a real person reads what you send.
Before you write
Many camera, microphone and connection problems are covered step by step in the help center, and general questions about how matching and coins work are answered on the frequently asked questions page. A quick look there may solve it faster than waiting for a reply.
Details that help us answer faster
Include your user ID, which you can find on your profile screen, and the email linked to your account if you have one. Say which device and browser you use, for example an iPhone with Safari or a Windows laptop with Chrome.
Describe what happened and roughly when. For payment questions, add the transaction reference from the receipt and the coin package you bought. Screenshots help, but please do not send pictures of your full card number.
Urgent safety reports
If a user shows or mentions anyone under 18, threatens someone, or tries to get money out of you, report the profile inside the site first and then email us with “Safety” at the start of the subject line. Give the other person’s user ID, the time of the call and what was said or shown. These messages are moved to the front of the queue.
If anyone is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number before contacting us. We can act on accounts, but we cannot send help to a location.
Privacy and deletion requests
Requests to see, correct or delete your data should come from the email on the account so we can confirm it is really you. The privacy policy lists what we hold and how long it stays.
